Shipping Policies

Our standard deliver carrier is Fedex for Ground and Express Shipping. We also ship freight as needed. Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship the same business day if the order is placed by 3:00pm CST. If you need guaranteed shipping times please contact us at 866-546-8895.

Free Shipping Policy

IC Parts Depot ships orders Monday through Friday

To Qualify For Free Shipping:
- Shipping weight must be less than 5 pounds. 
- Shipments must be within the U.S. Continental United States (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii)

Shipments in excess of 5 lbs may require additional charges above our posted shipping rates.

Return Policy

To return defective or misordered equipment, please call 1-866-546-8895 to receive an RMA number.

All non-defective parts are subject to a 25-35% restocking fee, determined at the discretion of IC Parts Depot, based on the item being returned. All returned products must be 100% complete.

IC Parts Depot will replace defective items, if possible, or the purchase price of the defective product will be refunded or credited to Customer’s account. All defective items must be returned to IC Parts Depot within thirty (30) business days of receipt of the product. Customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with returned products, unless otherwise agreed upon by IC Parts Depot. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products returned to IC Parts Depot. Customers shall insure all return products against loss or damage while the product in question is in transit.
